Inn Description: RUAH has large, bright common rooms with massive windows that bring "The Queen of the Lakes" and the surrounding Adirondack Mountains into every room. The living room is 50 x 30 with several sitting areas and magnificent fieldstone fireplace. Some of the original antiques and paintings still furnish the house. The marvelous antique grand piano sits in the living room waiting for guests to sit and play.

The grand 30 foot dining room features a coffer ceiling and large bay windows facing south and east. Breakfast can be enjoyed in either the dining room or on the veranda. (The dining room is suitable for small meetings or gatherings).

Rooms Description: The bedrooms are oversized and elegantly appointed. All have private baths, some have fireplaces and access to the 80 foot balcony that spans across the front of the house with breathtaking panoramic views of Lake George, The Waltonian Islands and the Adirondack Mountains.

Locations / Directions: From New York City & New Jersey - Take New York State Thruway to Albany Exit 24. Take 1-N after toll. I-87 (Northway) north to Exit 25 (Hague, Brant Lake, Route 8). Right onto Route 8 E straight to Hague Route 9N (Lake Shore Drive), approximately 16 miles. Left onto Route 9N. Ruah is approximately one mile north on left.
