· Mass Pike (Rte 90) West to Taconic Parkway South Exit B2 (In NY State)
· Take Rte 23 Exit
· After exit make right on Rte 23 West
· Remain on Rte 23 West following signs toward Rip Van Winkle Bridge
· Mount Merino Manor entrance will be on the right after the second entrance to Columbia Greene Community College
From Albany / North
· Rte 87 South to Exit 21
